No. That's the point. The assessment and the Resources library are written for someone who's never touched an AI tool and isn't sure it applies to a business their size.

A search engine doesn't check who's on the results page. We do — every vendor and implementation partner listed here has gone through the same vetting gate before they're allowed on. See Trust & Security for how that works.

Before any listing goes live, it has to show how it handles your data and provide real evidence it's worked with a business your size — not just a logo wall. Listings missing either one don't get published. Full detail is on the Trust & Security page.

The Directory can be filtered by function — like Data & Insights or Customer Service — and by industry, like Retail or Trades. You can use either filter on its own or both together.

It shows a listing has cleared our full vetting review. A listing without the badge yet has met the minimum gate to publish but is still under review — check the badge status on any listing before treating it the same as a fully verified one.

Contact us with the listing name and what's wrong. We review every report against what the vendor submitted at vetting.

Start on the For Vendors & Partners page. You'll submit your data-handling summary and evidence of working with businesses under 20 people — both are required before anything goes live.

Standard listings are free. A paid featured-listing option is planned for later, but it isn't active yet — nothing about being listed today requires payment.

It depends on how complete your submission is. Listings missing the data-handling summary or SME evidence get sent back before review starts, so the fastest path through is submitting both in full the first time.

Yes. Once listed, you can claim your listing to edit it directly instead of going through us for every change.
