AmericaIsOnline.net ("we," "us," "the site") connects small and midsize businesses with vetted AI tool vendors and implementation partners. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site — as a business owner taking the Readiness Assessment, a visitor browsing the Directory, or a vendor or partner submitting a listing — and how that information is used.Legal entity name pending

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Readiness Assessment responses — your answers to the assessment questions, used to generate your readiness tier and Directory matches.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, role, and message content submitted through the Contact page.
• Vendor & partner listing information — business details, data-handling summaries, and SME experience evidence submitted through the listing process.
• Usage data — pages visited, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and how you interact with the site, collected automatically through analytics.

We use the information above to:

• Match your Readiness Assessment results to relevant vendors and implementation partners in the Directory.
• Respond to messages submitted through the Contact page.
• Review and vet vendor and partner listing submissions before they're published.
• Understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Vendors and implementation partners submit business information as part of the listing and vetting process, including a data-handling and security summary and evidence of experience with small businesses. This information is reviewed as part of our vetting process described on the Trust & Security page, and published fields (such as the data-handling summary) are shown publicly on the vendor's live listing once approved.

We plan to use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember basic preferences. A cookie consent banner will let you accept or decline non-essential cookies before they're set.

We may share information with:

We do not share your Readiness Assessment answers with a vendor unless you take that action yourself.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the site's features and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining accurate vendor vetting records.

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it.
