AmericaIsOnline.net helps small and midsize businesses evaluate their readiness for AI adoption and connects them with AI tool vendors and implementation partners that have gone through our vetting process. The Site includes the Readiness Assessment, a searchable Directory of listings, and educational content.

The Site is intended for business use by individuals authorized to act on behalf of their business. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Site.

The Readiness Assessment and Directory are provided to help you research AI vendors and implementation partners. Your assessment results and any recommendations are informational only — they aren't a guarantee that a given vendor or partner is right for your business, and you're responsible for your own due diligence before engaging anyone you find through the Site.

If you submit a listing as a vendor or implementation partner, you agree that the information you provide — including your data-handling summary and SME experience evidence — is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any listing that doesn't meet our vetting criteria, described on the Trust & Security page.

Inclusion in the Directory means a listing has passed our vetting gate — it is not an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of any vendor's or partner's work, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with them. Any engagement between you and a vendor or partner is solely between you and that business.

We plan to offer a paid featured-listing option for vendors and partners in the future. Paid listings are not active at this time, and this section will be updated with pricing and payment terms once that feature is live.

Placeholder: per Doc A Action Plan, referral-fee/commission percentages are not yet confirmed and must not be published here (or anywhere on the Site) until the founder signs off. This clause should be finalized alongside the WooCommerce Phase 2 rollout.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in a listing or the Readiness Assessment.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or copy the Site's content or listings in bulk without permission.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site's design, text, and educational content (including the Resources library) belong to AmericaIsOnline.net unless otherwise noted. Vendor and partner listing content remains the property of the business that submitted it, and is displayed on the Site under license from that business.

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Readiness Assessment, Directory, or any listing will meet your specific needs.

Placeholder: full disclaimer language (including any "AS IS" capitalization convention and disclaimer of implied warranties) should be drafted by counsel to match the jurisdiction chosen for Section 13.

To the extent permitted by law, AmericaIsOnline.net is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or your engagement with any vendor or implementation partner found through it.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, including removing a vendor or partner listing, at our discretion — including for violating these Terms or failing our vetting standards.
